Cancellation/Refund policy
Enrollment is on a first come basis, full payment is required in order to insure a spot in classes/camps. A refund (minus a $10 processing fee) will be issued if the student drops the class/camp three working days prior to the first class. A full refund will \only be issued if the class is dropped by Oklahoma Children’s Theatre. Classes will not be prorated and no other refunds or tuition transfers will apply or be offered. No refunds are available on Before/AfterCare. If you are ineligible for a refund, you may obtain an acknowledgement from the education director, which enables you to claim unused tuition as a tax-deductible contribution. All classes have a minimum and maximum student enrollment. Oklahoma Children’s Theatre reserve the right to substitute instructors, students will be notified of instructor changes if time allows.
