How do I book a tour?
We’ve made booking a tour as easy as possible. Once you are ready to book call us at (405) 208-6200 or email reception@oklahomachildrenstheatre.org. We’ll help you choose an available time and let you know what to expect.
Where do you perform?
Our touring shows have been performed in all types of locations, from small classrooms to large gymnasiums, to outdoor locations. While our portable sets are quite flexible, we typically require a minimum stage area of 20’ x 10’.
How much does it cost?
We are proud to present affordable theatre experiences. Your tour pricing depends on your location and the number of performances. Performances more than 25 miles from our location will incur travel fees.
Tour Fee - $800
Additional Performances - $300 (Same day only, ideal for schools with larger groups)
Travel Fees - $1.00 per mile (first 25 miles included)
Are there any technical requirements?
All of our tours are completely self-contained, and you don’t need to provide anything. Our touring staff will require access to the space approximately 1-hour before performance time for set up.
How many audience members can there be?
The size of the audience is largely limited to the space that is being performed in, so there are no specific limits.
What do we need to provide?
You only need to provide a space to perform, time for us to set up, and an audience that are ready to be delighted!
