Jump into a new story each week with this fun afterschool class for ages 3-4! Storytime Jam is a class that encourages movement and storytelling while focusing on an award-winning children’s book each week. For the last two weeks, students will focus on one story to create a short performance on the last day of class for friends and family.

Learn the tools it takes to become an Actor! In this fun four week afterschool class, students will learn the basic tools of an actor: their voice, their body, and their imagination. Students will complete activities and play games to go along with learning these skills and other skills such as communication, teamwork, and building confidence. They will have a short (5-10 minute) showcase at the end of the session to show friends and family what they’ve learned.

In this exciting afterschool class, while learning theatre basics like how to use their voice, imagination and body, students will brainstorm, rehearse and perform a short original play with help from our expert instructors. This is sure to be a silly, fun, and educational show where the kids will explore the world of theatre. Fit for young actors with experience and those just starting out, this class taps into student’s creativity and demonstrates the process from beginning to end. Friends and family are invited to see the show on the last day of class!

Dive into the world of scripted performance! Students will spend two nights a week for 8 weeks learning theatre basics, techniques and expectations of stage actors, character development, physicality, emotionality, and stage movement. While working on these skills, they will put together a final showcase of scenes from a hilarious one act play. This class is a great stepping stone for any student that might be interested in doing our Young Company or taking the next step in their theatrical journey!

Learn how to be a triple threat with our Into to Broadway Jr class! In this 4 week afterschool class, students will learn a short dance to a song from a Broadway show and create a short scene with help from their instructors. This class is great for those with a little experience or those just starting out. At the end of the 4 weeks, friends and family are invited to their short showcase, demonstrating their skills.
